How does the deposit work?
A deposit is required to reserve your start date and is applied toward your total. The remaining balance is due once the work is complete and you’ve signed off at the final walkthrough.
What if the scope changes mid-project?
Any change to the agreed scope is written up as a separate change order — with its own cost and timeline impact — and approved by you before we proceed. No surprise charges.

How long will my project take?
